Philippine Mango Cakes:9

I love Mango so much!!

In Japan,mango is a bit expensive fruits,especially the Mango from Miyazaki is super expensive!!

In here,the Philippines,I can get mango easily!! It's cheap and tasty:)

So I eat Mango almost everyday:))

Recently,I am a bit tired of eating fresh mango..so,I made mango cakes:9

I overbaked a little😅,but looks yummy,aren't they?!😁💕

I brought some pieces of these to my English teachers:)

One of the teachers pretended to cry because of the taste😆💦

I am sure that is positive meaning😁..I hope so..

Another teacher said that the square shape was very Japanese style and kept the paper tag!!

Because the cakes in the Philippines are normally shaped triangle and not to be put on the paper tag.

It is a bit ugly..A parfait for my husband.

After coming back from his work to home,he requested me the cake,but I brought all the cakes to the school,so I made this using the lest of the cakes,some mango puree and pineapple sherbet.

Sorbe made this parfait dirty,because it got melted..😅

When I make a parfait,I should think well!!
