My Favorite Dried Apricot:)

Happy New Year!! It's been a while though..

I welcomed new year 2017 in Boracay island in the Philippines!!

Unfortunatelly,the weather was not perfect,but it was beautiful when the sun comes up!

I love Blue Sky and Blue Ocean!!

Today I introduce my favorite dried apricot to you:)

When I buy dried fruits,I always check 3 points.

1. No oil coating

2. No suger added

3. No colour bleaching

But most of dried fruits are coated by sun flour oil added sugar and bleached..

I found a very good one at S&R which is like Costco！

This!!

No sugar added,no oil coating and no colour bleaching!!

And it is very yummy and make my stomach condition sooooo goooood!!!

I highly recommend this to a person who is suffered from constipation!

It's really good!

Last year,I made natural yeast from this dried apricot and baked many kinds of bread!

Normally if dried fruits is coated by oil or if it is fresh one and it's with much pesticide,

we cannot make natural yeast from them.

Since this dried apricot is very good quality,I could make it easily!!

And those breads are tasty!!
