Madeleine with Organic Green Lemon from Baguio

Before I came back to Japan,I ought to finish many organic lemons I bought in Baguio.

I was wondering what was better to make with those lemons..Lemon curd? what else?

Still there were some eggs left,I decided to bake madeleine.

Usually I bake using a mold shaped shell,but this time there were much dough,

so I baked using bigger molds.

Seems to be nice:)and it actually tasted good!!


I covered this madeleine with icing sugar consisting lemon.

I also made confit with the lemon skin and put them on top:)

Like a jewel!! sparkling✨

Smells so sweet but fresh! because of the lemon flavours!!

So yummy😋💕


Looks like merchandise?! hehe.


Since the number of the madeleines were too many for 2 of us,

so I asked my neighbor friend to help us and gave it to her!
