Ube&Butter Cream Macaron

It's been a while that I made macaron last time. Almost a year ago?! 

I am not sure,but long time ago..



Because there is much frozen white egg in my freezer,I decided to make macaron!!

I made buttercream also and put it with Ube and sweet beans paste between macaron shells.



A combination of Sweet beans paste and Butter is very popular in Japan.

I love that combination!


I think it is much better to make Ube cream softer,but still taste good!

Taste like “Wagashi” which means Japanese sweets.
