Edible Wreath♪♪

Finally I made a wreath tart!

Since I saw this shaped tart first time,I have been thinking that someday I want to try this!

Today was that day! Yey!


 For the first time,I thought I put many kings of fruits on tart dough..

but there was only strawberries and lychees at home,so I made only with strawberries:)


Strawberries are from Baguio!




Speaking of Lychees,I went to “IKOMAI TOCHI dessert” where they serve a good desserts!

I tried “Bavarian Lychee” that had 4 layers,

Lychee mousse,Guava jelly,Milk chocolate ganache and almond dough.

Because pastry chef recommended me this cake,I choose this,but it was actually good!

Some near day,I will try to make Lychee mousse from fresh raw Lychees!! 




Under the strawberries,there are some custard cream and whipped cream!

Not too sweet,but a bit sweet and sour!

(Sourness from the strawberries,not from the cream!)
