Rich Mango Shortcake

My friend invited me for her family lunch on Sunday.

So I baked some sweets and brought them to her house,

Mango Shortcake, Madeleine, Almond cookies and Smily cookies.

I love Mangoes.

In the Philippines, we can buy them much cheaper than Japan.

So if it is in Japan, it is a bit difficult to make like this cake.

Because I used 6 Mangoes for this whole cake.

It would be a super expensive cake!!

I am lucky that I am in the Philippines:) 

We enjoyed Lunch buffet 

including my sweets..

After this, my friend's daughter requested me to make smily cookies again:)

It was happy Sunday!!
