Eclairs for the World Teacher's Day!!

On 5th in October,it was a day for say thank you to the teachers.

I didn't know there is such a day in the world!! Because we don't have a teacher's day in Japan.

At the English school where I go,we had a surprise party for the teachers!!

We students prepared the messages and presents for our main teachers each other.

At that time,we had a graduation party for some students,

so after that we had a celebration for the teachers!

Most of the students go to school for 3 to 4 weeks and the main teachers are 1 to 2,but in my case,I have been to the school for more than 3 months and I was taught by not only the main teacher but also almost all the teachers..so I wondered that I should say thank you to all the teachers..

Then,I decided to express my appreciate to all the teachers with my Eclaires:9 haha.

I made 4 kinds.

Fruits custard,Hazelnuts praline,Caramel and Chocolate custard.

I made 3 shapes of puff pastries.

It was so much fun to make eclairs!!

Everyone excited when I showed them these eclairs:)

They seemed to be enjoy them.

It was a Happy Teacher's Day!!!
