The Philippines in Hawaii

I went to Hawaii for a week.

How many times have I been there..

Whenever I go there,I feel very relax. I really love Hawaii.

This time,I found some Philippines in Hawaii.

I haven't realized there are many Filipino in Hawaii.

When I went to“Kamehameha Bakery”,famous bakery for “Malasada” 

which is Hawaiian Doughnuts originally from Portugal.

Since this bakery is famous for Malasada,I bought some Marasadas 

and was about to go out from that bakery.

But suddenly I heard the word “Pan de sal” and that was made me freezed.

What?What did he say?Pan de sal?Why he said so?

Because “Pan de sal” is popular bread in the Philippines and I didn't expect

they were selling “Pan de sal”!!

So I asked the man who ordered “Pan de sal” that Kamehameha bakery had “Pan de sal”.

He answered “Yes” dubiously😂

So I lined up again and bought “Pan de sal”.

It was “Pan de sal” really!! the same taste in the Philippines!

Then I realized.

Do they have Emsaymada also??

I lined up again😂and asked a man who is standing next to me.

“Do you know they have Emsaymada?”

“Emsaymada? hmm..see..maybe that one.”

He pointed the showcase and one bread which I had thought it had been a Cinnamon roll bread.

But actually it was Emsaymada as he told me.

 It didn't have cheese on top like Philippines,but yes! it was Emsaymada!

Then I asked the shop staff why they had “Pan de sal” and “Emsaymada”.

It's because the owner of this bakery is Filipino!!!

WoW!!

I was so amaging! and at the same time,I felt so happy:)

because now I am living in the Philippines and I like Philippines.

Then I like Hawaii also.

In Hawaii,the place where I like,Filipino,the people whom I like,are living and doing great!! 

How wonderful!! So happy,isn't it?

There was Jollibee,too!

(but to be honest,about Jolibee,I didn't have much passion for it😂）

Anyway I was happy to find the things related with the Philippines in Hawaii!!

Wonderful !!

I started to like Hawaii and the Philippines more and more:)
